Carl C. Hayslett, Esq. has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2020 and a member of the Trumpet section since 2017. He joined the band after moving to Findlay in 2016 and has been a member ever since.

Carl graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education in 2011. He then attended the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2015. He is currently a Magistrate at the Hancock County Court of Common Pleas. He also teaches law classes for the Ohio Peace Officer’s Training Academy (OPOTA).

Carl is a member of the Hancock County Bar Association and the Kiwanis Club of Findlay. He is married to Amy Hayslett, an employee of the City of Findlay. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, biking, and playing music.
